Review Process

All submissions will be reviewed by a CTSNet Editorial Team that includes a professional medical safety expert. The submitted vignettes will be accepted for posting based on their value in identifying deficiencies and discrepancies in surgical systems and identifying protective or corrective strategies and actions. The Editorial Team may provide comments, suggestions, or reference material with the posting. Situations in which activities are intentionally unsafe or of any criminal nature will not be posted.
